It is also suitable for detecting residual proteins on membranes after Western blot transfer. This product delivers high staining efficiency with minimal background, eliminating the need for destaining. Results are visible within minutes, enabling users to proceed with the next steps quickly based on the staining outcomes.

Standard Operating Procedure
Steps:
- After electrophoresis, rinse the gel twice in clean water.
- Place the gel in a clean glass or plastic container and add sufficient staining solution to cover the gel.
- Agitate on a shaker. Bands will become visible within 2-3 minutes, and staining intensity increases over time. Typically, proceed with the next steps after 5 minutes of staining.
- After staining, recover the staining solution for reuse, and place the gel in water for observation. Note: The dye can be reused 2-3 times, with extended staining times for subsequent uses but without sensitivity loss.
Notes:
- The staining solution is acidic. Always wear gloves during operation. If the solution contacts skin, wash immediately with plenty of water.
- If slight background staining occurs, submerge the gel in water to remove the background.
