Product Description
The BSA ELISA Kit is a high-sensitivity assay designed for the quantitative detection of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in biological samples. This double-antibody sandwich ELISA employs monoclonal anti-BSA antibodies as coating and detection antibodies. The kit includes reference standards traceable to the US National Institute of Standards, enabling detection limits as low as 1 ng/mL.

Procedure Summary
- Prepare reagents and standards as per instructions.
- Add 50 μL standards and samples to the corresponding wells in duplicate.
- Add 100 μL diluted HRP-conjugated antibody to each well and incubate at 20-24°C for 1 hour.
- Wash the plate 4 times with diluted wash buffer and blot dry.
- Add 100 μL TMB substrate to each well, incubate at 20-24°C for 10 minutes in the dark.
- Add 100 μL stop solution to each well, mix gently for 5 seconds.
- Read absorbance at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
Storage & Notes
- Store all reagents as instructed in the kit manual.
- Ensure that all pipettes, tips, and containers are free from BSA contamination.
- Handle stop solution with caution as it is corrosive.
- Unused strips should be stored in a resealable bag with a desiccant at 4°C.
